Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution: Lead day-to-day planning, execution and optimization of social media content across key platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. Translate complex business, technology and brand narratives into clear, engaging and human social content.

Content Development & Storytelling: Write, edit and refine high-quality social copy for brand and executive channels. Shape stories around innovation, culture, leadership, partnerships and enterprise transformation.

Analytics, Tools & Performance: Use social media management tools such as Sprinklr to manage publishing, reporting and listening. Analyse performance data to understand what’s working and what’s not and adjust strategy accordingly. 

Campaigns & Programs: Support and execute global campaigns across employer branding, executive visibility, partnerships, events and innovation initiatives. Contribute to employee advocacy and executive voice programs by developing content frameworks, templates and guidance.

8–10 years of experience in social media, digital communications, or content strategy, ideally within large enterprise or technology organizations.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar social management and analytics tools.

Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing substance.
