Job description
Roles
& Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end solution architecture for Insurance & Reinsurance business
domains such as Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Billing, Finance,
and Risk.
Translate
complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance
technology solutions.
Design
enterprise-level architectures covering cloud, data, integration, and workflow
platforms.
Define
architectural blueprints, solution roadmaps, and technology standards aligned
with enterprise architecture principles.
Provide
technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and delivery
teams.
Evaluate
and recommend appropriate architectural patterns, cloud-native approaches, and
integration strategies.
Must-Have
Skills
15+
years of overall IT experience with 8–10+ years in Solution / Enterprise
Architecture roles.
Strong
Insurance & Reinsurance domain expertise (mandatory).
Proven
experience designing large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions.
Hands-on
experience with at least one major hyperscaler cloud platform (Azure / AWS /
GCP).
Experience
with data platforms and analytics architectures.
Strong
stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
