Job description
Role
& Responsibilities
Define,
implement, and enforce master data governance policies to ensure data accuracy,
consistency, completeness, and compliance across enterprise systems.
Own
end-to-end master data lifecycle management including creation, maintenance,
validation, and periodic audits.
Lead,
mentor, and manage a team of Master Data / Data & Content Analysts,
ensuring productivity, quality, and skill development.
Drive
data quality improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective
action plans aligned to business KPIs.
Collaborate
with cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, IT, Operations,
Compliance) to align data processes with business objectives.
Must-Have
Skills
Strong
expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance frameworks
Proven
people management and team leadership experience
Hands-on
experience with data quality management, controls, and audits
Excellent
stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Ability
to translate business requirements into data standards and operating models
