Job description
Minimum of 10+ years of experience
in Customer Experience (CX), Quality Management, or Sales Operations
Proven track
record in the Ad Sales or MarTech industry is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with Speech
Analytics (e.g., Nice, Verint, CallMiner) and NLP tools. Must understand how to
prompt and tune AI for sentiment detection.
Certified in Six Sigma (Green/Black
Belt) or COPC with a deep understanding of FMEA and QMS frameworks.
Deep experience in Retention Marketing or Account Management within a high-churn environment.
Deep experience in Retention Marketing or Account Management within a high-churn environment.
Deploy and oversee Speech Analytics
and NLP (Natural Language Processing) tools to monitor real-time customer
sentiment
Calibrate AI
models to recognize nuances specific to Ad Sales (e.g., budget sensitivity, ROI
concerns, and platform technicalities).
