Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Manage cash flow and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including taxation and audits.
• Design and implement internal controls and process improvements to optimize financial performance.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports to provide insights to stakeholders and drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost control and optimization.
• Implement and manage ERP systems and advanced Excel tools to streamline financial processes.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel tools.
• Experience with internal controls and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
