Job Description :
Min 4 years of experience in Compensation &
Benefits, HR Analytics, or a related function
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Basic knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking tools, and benefits administration.
Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights through dashboards and reports.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
Familiarity with HRIS systems .
Ability to handle confidential information with
discretion.
