HR Manager

Location

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Design and implement change management programs to drive organizational change and improvement
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including employee data, attendance, and performance metrics
• Develop and manage the HR budget, including forecasting and cost control

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, HR strategy, and human resource management
• Proven experience in change management and organizational development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and senior management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
