Job description
14+ years of experience in
software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML for at least 5 years.
AI expert with hands-on
experience in Agentic AI, LLMs, and Generative AI
Proven experience building LLM
agents and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., Autogen, LangGraph, AWS Agent
Framework)
Strong Python development
for agent orchestration, APIs, and automation
Experience implementing RAG,
prompt engineering, and safe LLM integrations
Hands-on exposure to AWS
and/or Azure for AI solution deployment
Ability to design and
implement scalable, secure, enterprise-grade AI architectures
Experience integrating AI
agents with healthcare systems, data platforms, and APIs
Background in automation-led
digital transformation programs
Strong client-facing
skills – explaining solutions, architecture, and value to stakeholders
Experience mentoring teams
and leading AI solution delivery
Healthcare domain exposure
preferred
