Job description
18 – 25+ years of overall experience with significant tenure in BPO/BPM solutions & presales
Proven track record of winning and shaping large ($50M–$300M+) deals
Experience working with global clients (US, UK, Europe, APAC)
Define and scale technology-enabled BPM offerings across CX, Contact Center (CCaaS), Digital Operations, Analytics, Automation, and AI/GenAI.
Lead end-to-end presales and deal shaping for large, complex BPO pursuits, including solutioning, commercials, and executive storytelling.
Build differentiated solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets to improve win rates and margins.
