and Responsibilities
Lead end?to?end P2R
Transformation across people, process, technology & governance towers
Design the transformation
roadmap aligned to Client strategic objectives and process maturity targets
Lead
transition governance including documentation, KT, certification, and
stabilization.
Coordinate with cross-functional
teams (PR, GR, Catalog, Contracting, TSM, Analytics, QA) to ensure integrated
transformation execution).
Build change management strategy
— communication, adoption, capability uplift for delivery teams
Skill Set
Deep understanding of end?to?end S2P/P2R
processes and global procurement operating models
Expertise in designing and executing transformation roadmaps (process, digital, operating model)
Strong program management & cross-stream coordination skills
Excellent stakeholder management, communication & change?leadership capability
