Job description
8–12 years of experience with strong exposure to HR
Transformation / HR Operations / HR Consulting
Hands-on experience across end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R)
HR processes
Proven role in HR process standardization, optimization, and
future-state design
Experience supporting or managing HR Shared Services (HRSS)
setup and operations
Working exposure to HRMS platforms (Workday / SAP
SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM) including UAT and rollout support
Strong program coordination and workstream ownership in
multi-track transformation initiatives
Ability to create transformation artifacts (process maps,
SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, business cases)
