Role Summary:
Responsible for managing finance, accounts, budgeting, and statutory compliance for real estate/commercial operations.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting
and financial reporting
- Prepare budgets, forecasts,
and MIS reports
- Monitor cash flow,
collections, and payments
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax,
and statutory compliance
- Coordinate audits and liaise
with banks and auditors
- Support project costing and
financial control
Requirements:
- CA / CMA preferred
- 8–15 years of experience in
finance, preferably in real estate/commercial sector
- Good knowledge of
accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Proficient in Excel and
accounting/ERP systems
