Job description
Service Manager / Senior Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager / Senior Service Manager to lead our car workshop in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, planning, strategy, customer relationship management, and service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians and advisors to ensure efficient service delivery
- Plan and coordinate service operations to meet business objectives and customer demands
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience
- Develop and implement service center management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our service center remains competitive
Requirements
- 12-16 years of experience in service management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent planning, strategy, and operations management skills
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret service performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, management)
