Customer Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our car dealership workshop in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular reviews and documentation of customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with the quality team to ensure high-quality customer service and resolve any quality-related issues.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of customer-centricity and quality principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
