Sr. Executive - Global Procurement & Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
• Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to contract management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate procurement risks
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best-in-class pricing and terms
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics to ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in Global Procurement, Sourcing, and Contract Management
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract management, and procurement processes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed procurement decisions
• Strong relationship-building skills to develop and maintain supplier partnerships
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
