Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leading end‑to‑end service delivery, stakeholder management,
operational excellence, and governance for a Retail Banking
Supervise loan processing, servicing, originations and closing
workflows.
Resolve escalated loan issues and borrower complaints.
Ensure future scalability and quality control of loans and refinances by adhering to all guidelines
and federal and state regulations.
Manage branch or department P&L, control expenses and monitor
profitability.
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and design‑thinking
methodologies.
