Job description
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and
annual financial close processes
Prepare and review financial
statements in compliance with Ind AS / IFRS
Ensure accuracy of P&L,
balance sheet, cash flow, and management reports
Drive variance analysis and
provide insights to senior management
Ensure compliance with Companies
Act, GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and other statutory regulations
Coordinate with statutory
auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants
Manage audit schedules,
responses, and closure of audit observations
Strengthen internal financial
controls and SOP
Lead annual budgeting and
periodic forecasting exercises
Track budget vs actuals and
highlight risks and opportunities
Support leadership with financial
modeling and scenario analysis
Manage revenue recognition as per
Ind AS 115 (SaaS / IT services)
Track project costing, margins,
and utilization metrics
Support pricing, client
profitability, and contract reviews
Partner with business, delivery,
HR, and procurement teams
Provide finance support for
strategic initiatives and growth plans
Mentor and manage junior finance
team members
6–10 years of relevant experience
in financial control / controllership
Prior experience in an IT / ITES
/ SaaS company is highly preferred
Hands-on exposure to audits,
statutory compliance, and reporting
Strong knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS
Working knowledge of GST, Income
Tax, and Transfer Pricing
Experience with ERP systems (SAP,
Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI /
financial dashboards is a plus
