Job description
Roles and
responsibilities
15–20+ years in Retail Banking Operations with 7+ years
in Deposit Ops leadership.
Experience in client-facing operations, preferably in
global delivery.
Strong understanding of US banking regulations and
control frameworks.
Oversee end-to-end Deposit Operations including account
maintenance, onboarding, ACH, wires, stop payments, returns, overdrafts, holds,
reconciliations, and exception processing.
Bachelor’s degree required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
