and Responsibilities
Drives
AI-enabled learning transformation, ensuring that training delivery is
data-driven, automated where feasible, and aligned with evolving business and
learner needs.
Lead the end-to-end execution of the
skilling program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Measure success through trainee
performance metrics, engagement analytics, and satisfaction scores.
Partner with cross-functional teams
including curriculum designers, tech enablers, and business leaders to ensure
training relevance and impact.
Leverage AI tools and automation to
enhance training delivery, personalize learning paths, and streamline
administrative processes.
Drive consistency and excellence in
learner experience.
Skill Set
Experience in Implementing Scalable
Learning Programs (preferred)
Should have experience in AI
Literacy & Automation Awareness.
Experience in driving learning
transformation & training delivery.
