Job description
HCM Configuration Engineer
We are seeking an experienced HCM Configuration Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HCM Configuration, HCM Administration, and HCM Core Module. The selected candidate will work closely with our implementation team to configure and implement Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions using the Waterfall methodology.

Responsibilities
- Configure and implement HCM solutions using the Waterfall methodology
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain HCM configurations for various clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve HCM configuration-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HCM product releases and updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0-5 years of experience in HCM Configuration, HCM Administration, and HCM Core Module
- Strong knowledge of HCM Configuration, HCM Administration, and HCM Core Module
- Experience with the Waterfall methodology
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
