- Manage complex calendar scheduling and appointment booking
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
- Handle travel arrangements, including domestic and international itineraries
- Provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel (domestic/international) when required
- Proficient in calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination
