DGM/GM - Luxury Sales

We are seeking an experienced and skilled DGM/GM - Luxury Sales to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury sales, particularly in villa sales, luxury villa sales, and luxury apartments sales. With a minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and revenue targets for luxury properties
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients and developers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury real estate sales
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of luxury villa sales, luxury apartments sales, and real estate sales
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, real estate)
