DGM/GM - Luxury Sales
We are seeking an experienced and skilled DGM/GM - Luxury Sales to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury sales, particularly in villa sales, luxury villa sales, and luxury apartments sales. With a minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and revenue targets for luxury properties
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients and developers
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury real estate sales
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of luxury villa sales, luxury apartments sales, and real estate sales
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, real estate)
