Job description
?Roles and Responsiblity:
Respond to
employee inquiries in Spanish and English through calls, emails, and HR
ticketing tools.
Support
employees and managers with HR policy guidance and system navigation.
Work with Workday
and case management tools to manage employee requests.
Follow Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) while
completing HR transactions.
Experience
in HR operations or shared service centres.
Ensure
compliance with HR policies, legal guidelines, and data privacy requirements.
Must have skill
Should have experience in HRO (Spanish language)
