Cash Payment Servicing - US Residential Mortgage

Responsibilities

• Process cash payments for US residential mortgage clients using the Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
• Perform reconciliation and fund allocation tasks to ensure accurate and timely payments
• Process payment processing, cash posting & reversals, stop payment processing, and edit reject & reversal reports
• Monitor transactions and identify any discrepancies or issues
• Generate specialty payments and MSP disbursements as required
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment-related issues or concerns

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, loan servicing operations, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, reconciliation, and fund allocation
• Experience with Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) or similar systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
