Sr. Executive – HRBP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Executive – HRBP to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics and Reporting, HR Strategy, Grievance handling, and Conflict Resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, employee engagement, and HR analytics and reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective grievance handling and conflict resolution processes to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee experience.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics and Reporting, HR Strategy, Grievance handling, and Conflict Resolution.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws in India.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with business leaders.
