Senior Analyst - Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams in implementing Scrum Framework and Agile Methodology
• Plan and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
• Manage and prioritize Backlog items to ensure timely completion of projects
• Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Monitor and report on team performance and progress

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework
• Strong knowledge of Scrum Ceremonies and Backlog Management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to facilitate team collaboration and resolve conflicts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile project management tools and software
