AVP O2C Billing & Cash Application

Location

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective O2C strategies to improve cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO)
• Design and implement efficient billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Manage and optimize cash application processes to minimize errors and delays
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to resolve billing and cash application issues
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 12 to 18 years of experience in O2C, O2C-Cash Applications, and Billing Processes
• Strong knowledge of O2C strategies, cash application processes, and billing processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with financial systems, including ERP and billing software
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
