VP - Procure to Pay (P2P)

Location

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective P2P strategies to optimize procurement processes and improve vendor relationships.
• Design and implement PTP (Purchase to Pay) processes to ensure seamless integration with procurement and accounts payable functions.
• Lead the Procure to Pay team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor reconciliation, and payment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement and payment processes.
• Analyze and report on P2P metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 16 years of experience in P2P, PTP, Procure to Pay, Vendor Reconciliation, and Invoice Processing.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and accounts payable processes, including PTP and P2P.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of procurement and payment regulations, including compliance with local laws and regulations.
