Job description
Roles
& Responsibilities
Lead
strategy development and consulting engagements related to Global Capability Centers
(GCCs) and shared services.
Work
with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to design and implement GCC
strategies aligned with business objectives.
Support
organizations in setting up, scaling, and transforming GCCs including operating
models, governance structures, and capability frameworks.
Develop
Target Operating Models (TOM), transformation roadmaps, and strategic
frameworks for GCC operations.
Conduct
market research, benchmarking, and feasibility analysis to support location
strategy, cost optimization, and capability expansion.
Must-Have
Skills
Strong
experience in GCC / Shared Services strategy and consulting.
Hands-on
experience in GCC setup, transformation, or expansion initiatives.
Experience
developing Target Operating Models (TOM), governance frameworks, and operating
strategies.
Strong
stakeholder management and consulting skills with senior leadership.
Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
