Team Lead - New Car Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers
• Negotiate with customers to close deals and meet sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve sales skills
• Maintain relationships with customers and dealerships to drive repeat business

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
• Any degree (Bachelor's or Master's) from a recognized university
• Strong team handling and leadership skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and showcase features and benefits
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
