Job description
Key
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic
HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with operational and
organizational goals.
Support and
manage large employee populations within international voice/contact center
operations.
Drive employee
engagement, retention strategies, and culture-building initiatives to enhance
workforce stability.
Partner with
operations leaders to manage attrition, workforce planning, and manpower
optimization.
Lead and anchor performance
management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, calibrations, and
performance interventions.
Manage employee
relations matters, conduct investigations, and ensure resolution of complex
people issues.
Use HR analytics
and workforce insights (attrition trends, engagement scores, productivity
metrics) to guide leadership decisions.
Collaborate with
Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations teams to
ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Coach and advise
leaders on people management, leadership development, and organizational
effectiveness.
Lead HR
initiatives that improve employee experience, leadership capability, and
operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
12–15+ years of
HR experience, with strong exposure as an HR Business Partner in BPO/Contact
Center environments.
Mandatory
experience supporting international voice process operations.
Proven
experience managing large employee populations in high-volume delivery
environments.
Strong expertise
in employee relations, engagement, performance management, and attrition
management.
Experience
working in US shift or supporting global clients will be an advantage.
