Retail Insurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Insurance Telemarketers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase insurance sales
• Negotiate with customers to secure insurance deals and resolve any issues that may arise
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in retail insurance sales, team management, and customer relationship management
• Degree in any field (preferably in business or finance)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
