Front Office Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Hostess to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer relationship management skills, hospitality expertise, and experience in front office operations and management. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide them with information about the hotel's services and facilities.
  • Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regular guests, including loyalty program members and VIPs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in front office operations and management.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong hospitality expertise, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience as a telecaller, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner.
