Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:

Process Optimization:
Analyse workflows and operational processes,
identifying areas for improvement.
Implement process improvements to increase
efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Utilize technology and systems to automate and
streamline operations.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators
(KPIs) to track quality and operational standards.
Ensure adherence to company quality policies and
regulatory requirements.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly,
ensuring customer satisfaction.
