Job Title: Coder
- Multispeciality – Ancillary, E&M IP / OP, ED Facility, IP DRG, SDS,

Candidate Specification&
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 2+Year of experience in Coding.
Review patient medical
records and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT/HCPCS codes.
Perform coding for Inpatient
(IP), Outpatient (OP), Emergency Department (ED), and Same Day Surgery (SDS)
encounters.
Assign DRG codes for
inpatient admissions following official coding guidelines.
Code Evaluation &
Management (E&M) services for both inpatient and outpatient visits.
Handle multispecialty coding
including ancillary services, surgical procedures, and facility coding.
Ensure accuracy and
completeness of documentation for proper code assignment.
Identify and resolve coding
edits, denials, and documentation gaps.
Maintain compliance with
coding guidelines, payer rules, and healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with clinical
teams, auditors, and billing departments to clarify documentation.
Meet productivity and quality
standards defined by the organization.
Strong knowledge of
ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Understanding of DRG
assignment and reimbursement methodologies.
Experience with E&M
coding, surgery coding, and ED facility coding.
Familiarity with healthcare
documentation and medical terminology.
Ability to maintain coding
accuracy, quality, and productivity metrics
Certification such as CPC,
CCS, or COC.
