Job description
Job Title: Billing and Recovery– Assistant Manager
Position: 1

Specification& Job Responsibilities:
Candidates with overall 8+ Years of experience & 4+ years of relevant experience
3 + years’ experience in billing & recoveries, analysis, accounting
& management reporting role.
Take end‑to‑end ownership of billing and cost recovery postings,
ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all month‑end close activities
Drive standardization, centralization and automation across billing and
recoveries processes
Ensure timely processing of all recoveries required for month end.
Manage timesheet billing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accrual
of benefits for any under‑booked hours.
Collaborate with business partners to understand billing schedules and
deliver accurate and timely billing.
Work with cross‑functional teams to produce utilization analysis and
reporting.
Maintain WBS integrity, implementing controls to monitor and report on
correct transaction coding.
Manage an efficient process for providing supporting backups for all
intercompany postings to trading divisions each month.
Support the Finance Controller and divisional finance teams with inputs
for month‑end reporting and analysis.
Own the process of updating and circulating the rate card.
Perform ad‑hoc financial tasks across the division as required.

Ability to work with many other teams or individuals to resolve
financial issues and streamline processes

Ability to direct others and delegate tasks
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, text
manipulation, data validation, etc.) and MS Office applications
Experience of working in a shared financial service an advantage
Experience in SAP.
Knowledge & working experience of other tools
