Job description

• Strong hands‑on experience with Nexthink (Infinity / DEX platform).
• Solid understanding of Service Desk and Digital Workplace operations, including endpoint management and ITSM processes.
• Experience configuring dashboards, alerts, metrics, and custom queries in Nexthink.
• Hands‑on experience with remote actions, automation, and remediation workflows.
• Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.
• Ability to translate experience insights into actionable remediation plans.
