Job Title: Passenger Support Service Domain Consultant - Mumbai

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
2+ years of experience in Passenger Support Service Domain Consultant.
Team member will be responsible for addressing airport network and aircraft related DCS-Customer Management,
Reservation & ticketing queries round the clock, 24/7 basis.
You will be required to resolve or raise incidents with the system provider Amadeus and do the follow up till its closure.
Candidate should be Flexible with Shift Timings.
