Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of experience in a senior operations or management role in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of success in profit center management, sales and marketing operations, and service strategy development.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, service management, and operations management principles.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
• Ability to develop and implement process standardization and KPI management to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
