Job description
Roles and Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring efficiency
and accuracy.
Lead financial closing, statutory compliance,
regulatory filings, and shareholder reporting.
Responsible for financial closing, financial compliance, regulatory and shareholder
reporting
Manage centralized finance operations supporting hospital
networks across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Ensure adherence to service commitments, financial controls,
compliance standards, and delivery of cost-saving initiatives.
Lead finance transformation initiatives leveraging AI and
data-driven insights.
Act as a strategic advisor to country CFOs and operations
leaders.
Knowledge of large scale Finance systems integration, dependencies and global
capabilities across SAP and Oracle
Must have skill:
Should have 10-15 years of experience as head of finance function.
