Job title:Networking Lead ( VMware / AD )
Candidate Specification: Minimum 12+ years of experience into Networking Lead.
Job Description:
Strong hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) deployments and operations.
  • Deep expertise in SDDC architecture and multi-domain design.
    • vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
    • NSX-T (networking, micro-segmentation, load balancing)
    • vSAN (storage policies, performance tuning) 
  • Patch Management:-
  • Strong experience in patch management for enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of vulnerability management and tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable Nessus).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (change, incident, problem management).
  • Active Directory:- 
  • Ø  Lead administration of AD DS across multi-domain/multi-forest environments.
    Hands on experience and strong troubleshooting skill in AD replication, Sites, KCC.
    Experience in planning and implementation of Active Directory Replication.

    Wintel lead:- 
    • Administrative knowledge on Windows
    • Data Center Knowledge
