Job description
Define and communicate product and portfolio
strategy through roadmaps aligned to enterprise objectives, customer outcomes,
OKRs/KPIs, and platform direction.
Own prioritization and trade-off
decisions across portfolios and backlogs, balancing customer experience,
business value, technical feasibility, cost, return on investment, operational
readiness, and risk.
Drive alignment across teams to minimize
overlapping work, manage dependencies, and coordinate integrated delivery for
complex, cross-domain initiatives.
Partner closely with Product
Manager to Translate complex business needs into capabilities, features, user
stories, and acceptance criteria; ensure teams maintain a continuously “ready”
backlog.
Partner closely with engineering, architects,
and data teams on requirements definition, solution design, data flows,
integration patterns, and architectural considerations.
Facilitate cross-functional decision-making in
alignment with enterprise governance, business strategy, and technology
standards; negotiate solutions to achieve win-win outcomes.
Establish and sustain stakeholder feedback
loops (business, end users, operations) to inform roadmap evolution and
continuous improvement.
Support financial and investment management for
the capability/portfolio by partnering with finance and operations on CBA/ROI,
funding, and benefits realization
