Job description

PTP
Experience: 1-6 Years
Academics: B.Com/M.Com/MBA/ICWA/CA
Candidate should have exposure to F&A Process (Preferably in Accounts Payable)
Responsibilities:
• Vendor Management - Setup & Update
• Process supplier invoice
• Analyze Invoice data
• Review unprocessable and work to process Invoice.
• Payment Process.
• Period Close Reconciliation
• Invoice processing.
• Research on unprocessables and clear invoice for payment.
• Identify & report duplicate invoice
• Self / Peer reviews of transactions completed
• Propose potential improvement opportunities
• Respond to client/vendor emails with appropriate solution within the timeframe
•Assist team members in completing their daily assignments
• Compliance in month end processing.
• Identify compliance and/or training challenges
