14+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure
Proven leadership in managing teams of 30+ members in infrastructure operations.
Microsoft Certified – Azure Solutions Architect Expert or MCSE.
Hands-on expertise in Azure, Intune, zScaler, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, firewalls, load balancers, and API gateways.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts, on-call support, and manage DR server sync and end-to-end network operations.
