Job description
Job Title: SAP ISU EAM
Candidate Specification: Minimum 7 to 9 Years of Experience.
Job Description:
Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Work Management solutions to
enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Worked on SAP ISU-EAM module and knowledge on SAP ISU Device Management
Integration with Work orders.
Oversee SAP Device Management processes to ensure seamless integration and
functionality across systems.
Provide expertise in SAP Service Contracts to improve contract management and
compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business
objectives and customer needs.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
for SAP solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes and workflows to ensure
clarity and consistency.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal
functionality and user satisfaction.
Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and
use of SAP systems.
Implement best practices in SAP management to drive continuous improvement and
innovation.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and make informed decisions on SAP
enhancements.
Ensure data integrity and security within SAP systems to protect sensitive
information.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure
alignment and collaboration.
Support the development of strategic plans for SAP system upgrades and
expansions.
Qualifications
Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP Work Management SAP Device Management and
SAP Service Contracts.
Possess knowledge in Field Service Management Customer Relationship Management
and Billing & Payments Management.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex SAP
challenges.
Show proficiency in hybrid work environments adapting to both remote and
in-office settings.
Display effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and
stakeholders.
Have a proven track record of successful SAP project implementations and
optimizations.
Maintain a customer-focused approach to enhance service delivery and
satisfaction.
