Job Description :
Provide
troubleshooting and support for WalkMe’s SaaS products
Requires
2+ years of enterprise SaaS support, and HTML/jQuery/CSS familiarity
Interface
with C-level and technical stakeholders.
Develop
and maintain automated test suites using Tosca
Integrate
with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), use JIRA/ALM
Automate
web, API, and SAP apps; build automation frameworks
