Job description
Experience in planning and managing training programs for employees across the organization.
Coordinate with different teams to understand their learning needs, designing or selecting the right training solutions, and making sure programs are delivered smoothly.
Support managers in identifying development gaps and upskilling paths.

Monitor and manage job rotation programs in partnership with business leaders.
