Job description
Review and analyze submitted claims for completeness,
accuracy, and compliance.
Determine claim validity and make recommendations for
approval or denial.
Investigate and verify facts of claims through interviews,
documentation, or digital systems.
Maintain accurate records of claims activity in the
database.
Identify trends and report potential fraud or systemic
issues.
