Managed recruitment metrics and ensured legal compliance.
Led delivery and operations of US HR processes.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
including HR Business Partners and executive leadership.
Ensure all relevant time sensitive SLAs are adhered to
throughout the hiring funnels. And hiring strategies balance market
intelligence, relationships and data insights.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting
software, and data visualization tools, specifically Workday, Tableau, among
others
