TRANSITION
Job description
Lead and
manage transitions across multiple service lines and geographies as the single
point of ownership.
Design and
execute transition solutions for multi-service, multi-geo, and multi-vendor
environments.
Oversee all
workstreams: people transfer, process, tools, and organizational change
management.
Ensure contractual
obligations related to transitions are measurable and reportable.
Collaborate
with clients and internal stakeholders to drive transition outcomes.
Track and
report transition KPIs (cost, schedule, quality) and present updates to senior
stakeholders.
Participate
in sales pursuits and RFPs, including designing transition plans and presenting
to clients.
